Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its design, functionality, AI companions, and underlying technology, is owned by Moonhythe Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software, AI companions, or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or AI models
• Use our trademarks, branding, or companion names without permission
• Create derivative works based on our Service or AI companions
• Attempt to recreate or clone AI companion personalities

AI Processing: Your Content may be processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI/OpenRouter) for generating companion responses. This processing is subject to the AI providers' terms and policies. We do not use your content for training AI models.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Service or AI companions may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

Pricing Plans: We offer the following subscription plans for premium AI companion features:

• Free Plan: $0/month - Basic chat with limited AI companions, slower responses
• Premium Plan: $9.99/month - Unlimited chat with all AI companions, faster responses, priority access
• VIP Plan: $19.99/month - All premium features plus exclusive companions, custom interactions, early access to new features

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing page
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of paid subscriptions

Free Trial: We may offer free trials for paid plans. Trial terms will be specified at the time of enrollment.

Price Changes: We may modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Service Availability: We aim to maintain 99% uptime for our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or system failures
• Third-party service outages (OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Maintenance: We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Service Level: While we strive for high availability, we do not provide service level agreements (SLAs) or uptime guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by:

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if:

Effect of Termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• You may export your data before termination
• Paid subscriptions will not be refunded

Service Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonhythe Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party services or AI processing
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:
